Neither really. If it's supposed to be Irish, I believe it should read
Eireann Go Brach, with a 'fada' on the E of Eireann and the a of brach.
It's a phrase I have never heard used by anyone from Ireland, unless they
were putting on a stage-Irish persona. Begorrah.
