Although the rates seem to have gone up since the original report was
done, see http://tiara.ie/ratings.htm for a customer evaluation of the
Laois & Offaly Family History Centre, which may or may not be the same as
what is now called Irish Midlands Ancestry, but has at least the same
address and telephone number. Also, keep in mind that Co. Offaly was
called King's County before 1922.

This, and other useful links, can be reached from the TIARA web site.
