I have my Grandfathers Royal Navy record of service, it is a single page and
I suspect has little more information than you already have. However I will
set out the "Headings" on the page:

Name in full
Rating class & No.
Date of Birth
Place of Birth
Occupation (On joining)
Date and Period of Engagements: (Length of service signed up for)
Age (On joining)
Personal description incl. Wounds and scars, or marks (On entry)
Ships, &c, served in
List and no. (In ships served)
Rating (Boy or AB etc.)
Sub ratings
Badges
Period of Service: (ie time on ships or at shore establishments)
Character & ability (These are marked separately in three columns,ie
Character Date Ability
If discharged Whither and for what cause
Remarks
