I have the service record of my uncle Frederick Wells (from Hendon) who was
in the Royal Navy from 1905 to 1919.

It consists mainly of a list of some 21 "Ships etc., served in" with dates.

I would like to find out something about what these "ships etc" were doing
in these periods.

Does anyone know of a Royal Navy mailing list or are naval questions covered
by this list?.
