Henry S. Rape G-Grandfather aka Heinrich Reeb

Heinrich Reeb 3rd Grandfather: aka Henry Rape
Johann Theobald Reeb 4th Grandfather
Johann Martin Reeb 5th Grandfather
Johann Jost Reeb 6th Grandfather
Johann Heinrich Reeb 7th Grandfather

There has been some confusion in the past about Henry, Henry S. and Henry J. Rape of Butler County, Pennsylvania. Henry Rape aka Heinrich Reeb was the father and grandfather of the other two Henry's..

According to the Last Will & Testament of Henry Rape, aka Heinrich Reeb, who died on 20 Oct. 1889 had a son Heinrich Theobald Reeb who was also know as Henry J. Rape. This is shown in a written statement given by Henry J. Rape stating he had received the goods and chattels which were left to him by his father..He is also named in the Accountant Claim as Henry J. Rape.

Henry S. Rape was the son of Adam Rape, grandson of Heinrich Reeb. He is mentioned in the Last Will and Testament of his father Adam Rape as Henry S. Rape. He is also listed as Henry S. Rape on his death certificate.

I have no idea what the "J" or the "S" stands for..
