In 1754 he bought 150 acres on S side of Little Fishing Cr. from Wm Bobbitt
In 1760 he was granted 185 Acres by Lord Granville of England

Captain Daniel Harris the Sr. who died in 1765 had five first cousins in
his 1754 Company they were Micheal Harris, Charles Harris,
Robert Harris , James Harris and Josiah Harris.


next generation note Daniel Harris Jr. he was evidently a Captain as there
is a note in 1816 that land belonging to Captain Daniel Harris was sold in
1816 to Herbert H. Harris another uncle
