Kasprzycki [VI:243] lists:
KALINOWSKI KONSTANTY
Arms unknown, dictator of Lithuania [i.e. leader of the January Insurrection
government] 1864, died 1864; from the province of Wilno [Vilnius].
The Encylopedia Lituanica says [III:22-24], he was"born in Mostowlany, in
the province of Grodno on Jan. 21, 1838. He was the son of a petty nobleman
who owned a small textile shop in Volkovysk county."

among Belarusians and Lithuanians during the 1863 uprising.
