You do not need the permission of the British authorities to have a
hatchment made.
The Polish naturalization of the Puszet v. Puget family, and their title of
Baron, is surely amply attested by published sources. Presumably all you
would need to obtain the recognition of your right to the arms by the
British Heraldic College would be some copies (and translations) of entries
from standard armorial references and documents establishing your personal
descent from this family. If you do not have access to the armorials, I'm
sure Mr. Stevens and I can provide you with copies.
