Many thanks for the first response to my post!
Just to be quite clear about it, when writing about
"palm fronds" surrounding the shield, I am not talking
about a mantling (

I rather mean a garland like that shown at

or with a COA at
http://www.crwflags.com/fotw/images/p/pt-pcv.gif
These pictures are just lucky finds of the moment and
only meant to clarify what kind of thing I mean, but
rather not to be the same as on the COA of Stanislaus
Pokrzywnicki.
