That's where I found a good deal of my ancestor's files. Sandy Childs

> I was talking with Mr. Battey since Mrs. Fisher put up she will look in
Floyd County for this war's vets. And though I do not know anything more
then Gr Grandpa servicing in the War, such as rank, unit and etc., through
his Obit I found. His tombstone nor was there a Legion stake or anything
like that added to his burial. I would like to be able to fix this. Gr
Grandpa has missed many many many Vet Day and Memorial day decorating due to
this generation not being informed of his service to our country.

"B" are not apart of the Federal collection for Woodbury or Plymouth Co. I
also checked AC's ww1 draft registeries and he is not there, either they can
not optain the records due the fire destroying some or he volunteered?. He
has no SS so suspect he never care to get any benefits or leave his spouse
any.
