Listers,
I just wanted to inform you that the Charter-Pierce Memorial
Internet Genealogical Society has just completed the entire burial
listing of the Woodland Cemetery in Des Moines Township. This brings
the number of Cemeteries in our "Polk County Burials" project
completed to 33. Not quite half way yet but we are working on the
other 43 and will notify you when we post additional cemeteries.
Also the Obituaries for November are completed and posted. We now
have a complete listing of obituaries since December of 1996. They
are listed under "Recent Vitals", and we will soon have Marriages,
Divorces, Death Notices and a couple other informational topics to
hunt for your ancestors under.
