The whole subject of how one is named can or has opened a whole
new or old line of discussion.
My given names are William Richard. My paternal g/father was Richard
and my maternal g/father was William. My Mother knew I would always
be called by the nick-name and she did not like Dick so the order of
my
given names were decided that way.
Our son-in-law is Frank Mike and goes by Mike. His father is Mike
Frank
and is called Frank. My father was Paul King and went by P.K.
