I would like it is someone had the time to look at the 1885 census in Louisa
Co. Iowa.My grandfather, William E Owen, born in Wales in 1854 came to the US
in 1882. He settled in Louisa County where there were other people from
Wales.
>From my understanding people usually had some friend or family to live with.
Could he be located on the 1885 census and see whom he was living with at
