I have two great aunts who were born Lillie and Willie. Those are not nicknames, just the names they were born with. So their father called them Pete and Bill ! I have pictures of them dressed like men, with fake mustaches. They had two brothers named Clarence and Napoleon and I have pictures of them dressed as women. All four were in the their late teens when the pictures were taken.

Now we know what teenagers on the ol farm did for fun during the early 1900's !!
