Subject: [IOWA] Help finding Kopps in Iowa

I am needing help finding the birth record of Edward Kopp, b. August 23, 1892
in McComb but I understand that McComb is on the lines of Hancock, Henry, and
Putnam counties therefore it could be recorded in one of the three. I think
his dad's name was Julius but I am not sure. His mother's name was Marie.

I have not been able to find any US Census information with this family in
1890 or 1900 Census information. They probably moved to South Dakota after 1900
because my dad was born there.

I appreciate any help as they have been hard to find.
