Hello, Iowa researchers,

If you love genealogy and you love Iowa, what could be better than adopting one of our orphan counties? You don't have to be an expert, although knowing a bit about HTML, FTPing, and maintaining a web site gives you a head start. Even those things aren't absolutely essential because the rest of us are here to help newcomers. Part of the fun of being a county coordinator is learning on the job.

We have a nice choice of counties for you: Ringgold, Clayton, Cass, and Osceola. If you're interested, please email me with your questions or to ask for an application form.
