They are called Discovery Maps. If you search the web with google you get a
thousand hits for them. this one explains them as well as any other site
http://www.irlgov.ie/osi/Pages/maps/discovry.htm
They can be purchased in many countries. Check around in local Irish stores
or places that provide genelogy resources in your area. They should not be
hard to find. Galway is covered by 37, 38, 44, 45, 47 and 53. I have 37,
39, 44 and 46 if you need a lookup.
