Found this on one of my other lists:

1. The whole body of Roman Catholics are absolutely disarmed.
2. They are incapacitated from purchasing land.
3. The entails of their estates are broken, and they gavel among the
children.
4. If one child abjures that religion, he inherits the whole
estate,though he is the youngest.
5. If the son abjures the religion, the father has no power over his
estate, but becomes a pensioneer on it in favor of such son.
6. No Catholic can take a lease for more than thirty-one years. (These
could,however,be renewed over and over)
7. If the rent of any Catholic is less than two-thirds of the full
improved value,whoever
discovers takes the benefit of the lease (Protestant Discovery Bills
filed in the Courts,by which they acquired the property of Catholics,
were very numerous and contain much genealogical information)
8. Priests who celebrate mass to be transported, and if they return to
be hanged.
9. A Catholic having a horse in his possession about the value of five
pounds,to forfeit the same to the discoverer.
10 By construction of Lord Hardwick's they are incapacitated from
lending money on mortgage.
