Young Hazard Girl Files Suit In Fayette Circuit Court for $50,000
Lexington. Dec. 17 -- Miss Malvin Mae Davidson, of Hazard, has filed suit
in the Circuit court here against W.M. Pursifal, address unknown, for $50,000
damages. She alleges breach of promises. The girl says she was "injured in
her health and her feelings were deeply wounded and greatly humiliated."
She alleges they were engaged from June 21, 1914, until October 30, 1920,
but Pursifal failed to appear and has since refused to marry her.
