Pam & Larry,

My grandparents lived in and ran the store and postoffice at one time.
They must have been living there in 1912 because about ten years ago
my Uncle Ray Avitt Cashman, Sr. (7 Feb 1912-1 Feb 1998) asked me to
take his picture in front of it, which I did. He said that was where
he was born. For many years my grandparents Henry Washington Cashman
and Lillie Sue Avitt Cashman lived across the road from the store and
later Uncle Ray and his wife Wilda Evelyn Biddle Cashman lived there
until his death. Larry would your wife be Mary Frances Biddle?
Pam do you have the names of any of the Claycombs in your pictures?
I have been looking for a letter or postcard with a Raymond, KY
cancelation for years.

Horse pulling is very popular at the local fairs in this part of
Indiana.
