My aunt Lettie (Oletta Claycomb Green Ellis) married a guy named Albert Ellis
after her first husband died. She married Hugh Green in 1933 and was married
to Albert in the fifties and sixties (I remember visiting them at their farm
as a wee lass. They even taught me to churn butter and for a city girl that
was an eye opener!). Does someone have marriage record, tax records or
something for that decade to find this guy? I would like to fill in her
blanks on my genealogy sheet for a marriage date for them. I know he was a
farmer and some thought he was a few bricks shy of a load but he deserves a
spot in history! No children from either marriage for her.
