I descend from:

John STERETT b. Oct. 11, 1779 d. Apr. 4, 1861
m. Oct 14, 1802 to
Sarah " Sallie" DeHAVEN b. Nov. 27, 1781 d. Sept. 27, 1843.
She was daughter of Edward DeHAVEN and Rebecca JOHNSON.

John married 2nd Dec. 1, 1845 to
Polly HAYNES b. Jan. 13, 1800 d. Feb. 23, 1878
She was daughter of Josiah HAYNES and Judith NEW.
She was widow of Hardin P. HAYNES.

Any help on this family would be appreciated.
I will gladly share what I have.
