John Sterrett was summond a number of times for the grand jury, too many
notations to type out [Volume I] 24 entries for John Sterrett in Volume I

no other Sterrett

1810 Census of Breckinridge shows John Sterett (6 in household)

1820 Census of Breckinridge shows John Sterett (12 in household) 11 slaves

1840 " " shows a Green Sterett

Your young John Sterrett could be a son of a John or a nephew of John
There is no Alexander Sterrett at all in my books
I have a feeling he moved to Hancock County, Kentucky
