Subject: [KYBRECKI] MICHAEL and SAMUEL SPENCER buried Breckinridge
Date: Thu, 26 Jun 2003 09:39:03 -0700

In the addendum of Vol. 1 of Breckinridge County Cemerteries, ed. by
Virginia C. Hinton and Shirley B. Pile, it states that at the Jarboe
cemetery are the following-S.S. Believed to be Samuel Spencer death 1825 and
M. S. Believed to be Michael Spencer death 1818. Does anyone know who
furnished this information? Secondly if so was Samuel a brother to Michael?
I know Michael may have had a son, Samuel, but someone has listed a Samuel
as marrying a Troxell and that he moved to DeWitt co. IL and is buried
there.
At the beginning of the above mentioned book it lists this for the Jarboe
Cemetery--number 188--on Highway 79, at bridge just before junction with
105. Rock with "M.," broken; rock with "R.D." rock with "M.C. 1818".
