I ask my friend who had told her of this and she said it came from Bill
Thompson (dec'd). This Jarboe cemetery or at least the Jarboes listed were
moved to this place when Rough River Lake was formed and they had to be
moved. The other sandstones were already there. The reason that he thought
it was Samuel and Michael Spencer was that Samuel had owned the farm on
which the cemetery is located. Samuel Spencer came to Breckinridge County
with William Hardin who settled this area about 1782. She doesn't know if
Michael and Samuel were father and son or if they were brothers.
