There is one more little piece of information on my copy of this newspaper page - a wedding

Miss Elizabeth Pile of Cincinnati, Ohio and M Hutchings of Pittsburg, Pa., were married in Philadelphia, Pa., July 6. The bride was accompanied to Philadelphia by her sister, Miss Ada Pile of Mallory, West Virginia. Mr. and Mrs Hutchings went to Boston, Mass., on their honeymoon, and from there they will go to Maine to pass the remainder of the summer with Mr. Hutchings mother. Mrs Hutchings is the youngest daughter of Mrs Martha A Pile of Hardinsburg.
