Well, the difference is probably in the eye of the beholder. I'd rather not
change programs because I like and am used to FTM's format. The 2005 format
is a bit different, seems to be taking on qualities from other MyFamily
offerings (Ancestry Family Tree [AFT]).

I use several programs to do different tasks.

FTM for input
AFT for searching Ancestry for new family files
Ancestral Author to create AWESOME PDF files. Did I let on how much I like
that program??
RootsMagic to create great web pages

I haven't played with FTM 2005 to see what improvements there are. There's
usually some nice ones in there. So, I guess what I'm saying is: No one
program does it all.
