Records of Deed Book C (March 1 1810 to June 12, 1816)

Deed Book C, page 12, May 8, 1810, John Frank and Elizabeth his wife, to
Henry Otto of Washington County, Maryland (Elizabeth Frank was formerly
Elizabeth Otto), for $700.00 all their rights in the land which Mathias
Otto, the Elder, father of the said Elizabeth, died seized of, being land
adjoining the Potomac River near Fort Frederick in Washington County,
Maryland, being (1) part of a tract conveyed by John Cherry and Ralph Cherry
to Mathias Otto, 120 acres, (2) part of tract known as "Chance" conveyed by
Ralph Cherry to Mathias Otto, 32 acres (3) part of tract called "Chance
Lost" conveyed by David Ross and others in 1761, of 130 acres, and (4) about
30 acres, part of a tract called the "Resurvey" originally granted to Thomas
Cresap; also all rights of John and Elizabeth Frank as representatives of
Elizabeth's brother, Mathias Otto the younger deceased had at his death.
Recorded May 8, 1810

Augustine was not shown in the Guardian Books
