Thanks again, Brenda. I didn't know that about Nehemia's death and will.
I am going to copy this and put it in his file.
Is it written where Nehemiah is buried?
Better researchers than I have tried and failed to find Jane's death record
and place of burial. It's consolation of sorts to know there are others who
should be there and cannot be found. I have heard the boundaries changed
many times, but have not been able to comprehend all I read. My people
lived in the Sample, Cloverport, Hardinsburg, and Stephensport area. -- Alice

were present on September 12th 1840 and heard Nehemiah Dowell in his last
sickness wish all his estate to go to his wife and his children. Executor
to be his brother John Dowell and his son James Dowell
Nehemiah Dowell died the following day.
