I do not find them in the cemetery book

I did however find this entry

Ordered that THOMAS DOWEL be appointed surveyor of the road leading from
HENRY HARDIN'S mill to where it intersects BIBB'S MILL ROAD and that all
male laboring persons of the age of sixteen years within the following
bounds be allotted said surveyor to keep said road in repair fifteen feet
wide and in constant repair, Beginning at Chew's mill on Sinking Creek
thence with said road to BARKSDALE SNIDER'S, from thence to JOHN DUNCAN'S,
from thence to HENRY PECKENPAUGH'S, from thence to ADAM BRUNER'S, from
thence to JOHN MILAM'S, from thence to the middle ford on Sinking Creek from
thence up the creek to the beginning
