Are you still looking for a Thomas Henry Parsons with a wife named Catherine.
I found a Henry and Catherine Parsons living in Union co. Ky in 1900 in the household of John Shreve they were his Aunt and Uncle.
Catherine was born in Jan 1842 and Henry in Apr 1832.
