I have Marcus K. Lockard's first wife listed as Parthena Adkisson, born, 17 Feb. 1857, died, 14 July 1885 and buried in the Hensley Cemetery, Breckinridge County, Ky. This cemetery is located just east of the intersection of U.S. Highway 60 and Highway 86. Marcus and Parthena had three children listed in the 1880 census and they were, William, born 2 Sep. 1880, Robert Lee, born 10 Apr. 1882, and John W., born 11 Nov. 1884. As I mentioned in an earlier message, you can obtain more info about the Lockards by contacting the Breckinridge County Archives.
