I don't have their death dates/burial place, but I have the marriage date of Obediah Newman and Sarah Monroe as Jan. 25, 1816 in Frederick Co. VA. Sarah's father, Rev. War vet William Monroe, left a will in Warren Co. VA, probated in 1844, naming Sarah Newman as an heir. I have an interest in the William Monroe family, because I have an Elizabeth Monroe in my line who is probably linked to this group (and who also married a Pate from Breckinridge Co.)

I don't have much on this Monroe family, but glad to share what I have if you need more.
