Hi Theresa,
I have not read all your posts so don't know if you have found out this info or not. James E. Dowell shared his rather large file with me a number of years ago, and in it I find that a Maggie DURHAM who married James Vincent (or Vinson) ST. CLAIR on 14 Oct 1889, no location given. James ST. CLAIR was born 21 Dec 1866 in Breckinridge Co., the son of Rev. George Washington ST. CLAIR, minister of the (Freedom?) Cumberland Presbyterian Church, and Elizabeth Ann Bell WESCOTT, who was the Rev.'s third wife. There is nothing else about Maggie DURHAM, nor are there any other Durham's in the Dowell file.
