This obituary from 1995 answers my question: Beatty, Hally L., 92, of Rockville, Md., died Wednesday [May 10, 1995] at Rockville Nursing Home. Survivors include a daughter, Alta Eddins of Potomac, Md. Services are at 11 a.m. Monday [May 15, 1885] at Haley-McGinnis Funeral Home in Owensboro. Burial in Rosehill Cemetery, Owensboro. Visitation is from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Editor's note: A daughter's place of residence was incorrect in Hally L. Beatty's obituary in Friday's Messenger-Inquirer. It is corrected above.*Hally L. Beatty, 92, of Rockville, Md., died Wednesday, May 10, 1995, at Rockville Nursing Home. She was born in Hancock County to Estil and Rosie Rusher Keown. Her husband, Roland H. Beatty, died in 1978. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Maudie Ellen Beatty.
Survivors include two sons, Estill William Beatty of Aurora, Colo., and Clarence D. Beatty of Hingham, Mass.; a daughter, Alta Eddins of Potoma, Md.; eight grandchildren; a great-grandchild; a brother, Leyman Keown of Whitesville; and a sister, Maudie Dunbar of Lewiston, Ill.
Services are at 11 a.m. Monday at Haley-McGinnis Funeral Home in Owensboro. Burial in Rosehill Cemetery, Owensboro. Visitation is from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
