Could someone please advise how I can obtain death certificates
for Joseph
and Charity Hoyle and birth certificate for Jessie.
Also would anyone on the list have access to later Census
information on the
family.

David,

Kentucky did not maintain birth and death certificates until
1911, when they became mandatory and the law began to be
enforced. However, for a period of time 1852 to the early 1900s
they tried to enforce that registration would be done. Most did
not follow these rules. There are records called Vital Statistics
for several KY counties, on microfilm and in book form, that
cover this time frame. However, the period around the time of
these deaths is not covered and I doubt they would be included.

If you contact the archives, in Breckinridge County, I think they
may have these in book form and could check these for you.
