Hi all....

In the next newsletter of the Ancestral Trails Historical Society, there is
going to be an updated listing of the GoodHope Cemetery in Custer. This
listing was achieved through the hardwork of Adele Sharp and Fay Minter, in
addition to listings found within the publications of two cemetery books from
Virginia Hinton and Shirley Pile (published through the Breckinridge County
Historical Society). It is through the generosity of Adele, Fay, those involved
at the ATHS, as well as so many others, that the Archives was given permission
to reproduce the list on the Archives site. There are 106 listings (105
from the new update) total now on the tombstone index listing for GoodHope, and
on the cemetery transcription page. If anyone has any pictures, even if they
were taken eons ago, of markers for individuals within this cemetery, I
would love to correspond with you off list about getting hard copies or email
copies to put on the site.
