From the "for what it's worth" department, I wrote the guy about his price.
He said it was RARE. Hopefully, the book is still for sale at $20.

To everybody who was asking about the book, I just found where it can be
ordered. I believe that John West mentioned McDowell Publishing and
coincidentally, I've just received Sam's latest booklet. He has a section
entitled "Order From Sources Listed!". Mr.Thompson's book is in this
section. So,here's what it says:

"Breckinridge Co.,History & Legend", Thompson, 171p.hard- $20.00 + $1.50
shpg. KY residents add 6% tax. Order from: W.A.Thompson, Dept. M, Rte.1,
Box 13, McDaniels, KY 40152"

A lot better deal than Ebay's $66+!!
