In the 1920 Federal Census for Cloverport, Balltown
Precinct, District 6, Breckinridge County, Kentucky, images from Ancestry.com, image 14 of 18, I found that your Thomas and Veva, ages 23 and 17, respectively and both born in Kentucky, and their son, Charles A., age one month and also born in Kentucky, were living with Arpe Whoberry, head, age 52, born in Kentucky. Arpe's wife had the given name Cornelia, middle initial the letter "J." She was 46 and born in Kentucky. See Line 42, House No. 71. The given name of Whoberry is difficult to read. I found him listed as "ARPE" (?) at genealogy.com's census index.
