Searching for Emanuel Henry Sipes born May 13, 1878 , Fulton Co. Pa. Married Celia Alice Mitchel. Moved to Riverton, Fremont Co. Iowa. Changed his name to Henry E. Sipe, hers to Alice Sipe. Had a daughter Ester married to John Summers. They also moved to Iowa.He is the Emanuel Sipes who shot Doctor Samuel S. Hoop in Licking Creek Twp. Fulton Co. Pa in May of 1907. Thank You
