It seems like this is the same David MAXWELL.
The David I have was married twice one was Lucy A. CARMILE ( you show CARWILE ) and the other wife as named Sophrinia E. UNKNOWN.

David MAXWELL I have is the son of Hamilton MAXWELL
b.abt.1814 Breckinridge County and married Emeline L. MATTHEWS b.1819 Ohio County, KY.
