Hi all...

Wanted to let you all know about an item that was posted to the GenWeb site today. Dave Rafferty submitted a photo of a historical marker in Cloverport on the banks of the Ohio River. The historical marker denotes where the early shipping port was, which is right across the street from St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church. It has a little history on it regarding how the flatboats, and later steamboats, would stop there. The picture and text document can be found in the Photograph's Section, under "... Places".
