Does anyone know who this man belongs too? He showed up as a bondsman on a marriage record in Grayson Co.,was a Breckinridge county census taker,and I found quite a few mentions of him in The Breckinridge News during the years 1894-1898. In 1897 he ran on the Republican ticket for Sheriff and there was one mention of V.B. Burton, of Rockvale. He also had a "bucker" in the "stave yard" and I wondered what a bucker was and does a stave yard have something to do with barrels?
I haven't been able to find him on ANY census either.
