Though not related, the Keenan family may have been friends (?)as John Keenan was a witness to Edward D. Burton's last will & testament. Information gleaned from GenForum also listed that Edward D. donated land for a school-where at I don't know. I know he had a teacher living in his HH on the 1860 census.

Information given by Wayne very valuable! And yes, I would like to have his mail if he wishes to share anything else with me.

Sorry my response took so long, we had a death in the family.
