Seeking information on Ebenezer and Mary Rogers Patton who settled in Breckinridge County after 1800, were listed in the 1810 Federal Census for that county, but are not listed for any Federal Census after that year. The Pattons were married in Nelson County, Kentucky, in 1793, and lived for a time in Shelby County, according to land records held there.

I have been unfortunate in my attempts to contact the Breckinridge County Archives to discover if they may have wills or estate records from that early in the county history. My messages have not been returned. I would gladly pay for photocopies and postage if I could determine such documents exist. Even a Patton cemetery listing would be of help, simply to discover if the family stayed in the county, deceased, or moved on. Any and all responses to this inquiry are deeply appreciated.
