I found the obituary of Millis WEST which gives his wife's maiden name.

Issue dated Wednesday, January 2, 2002

MILLIS WEST, age 79, of Westview, died Wednesday, December 26, 2001 at his home. Mr. WEST was born October 27, 1922 in Breckinridge County, the son of the late Charlie WEST and Cova DRANE. He was a retired truck driver for Fisher Packing Company, and attended Alexander Chapel United Methodist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mildred DRANE WEST; a daughter and son-in-law, Rita and Charles BRINER, Sellersburg, IN.; a sister, Hettie SMITH, Custer; a brother, Ronald WEST, Carrollton; two grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
Services were held at 1 p.m. Friday,, December 28, at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home, Hardinsburg, with the Rev. Gerald Elliott officiating. Burial was in Custer Cemetery.
