I believe these are the names of my great grandparents, who adopted my grandfather, Mark Parrette, when he was 5 (he retained his last name). I understand the Lewises had no children of their own. My grandfather was baptized by Rev. Celestine Brey at the Church of St. Rose, Cloverport, KY, on June 3, 1898.

Any information on the Lewis family would be greatly appreciated.
