Looking for information on African Americans with the last name of
Poole/Pool or with family connections to the Pool/Poole families of
Breckinridge Co. Since most of the information may have been passed down
orally would appreciate any family stories about family or connecting
family members.



I have information from the 1870 Federal Census, Pool/Poole family wills,
WWI Draft records, a few obituaries and newspaper articles. Would
appreciate any suggestions where I might look for additional information or
who I might contact with knowledge of the African American Pool/Poole
families of Breckinridge Co.
