No, Grayson Co. was formed in 1840 mostly from Hardin Co.
I would look there for a Frank marriage or look in Grayson Co. for a Frank at least 45 years old or older.
Thomas said his father was born in VA so look for a Wheatley at least 45 in 1850 born in VA.
I would look 1st in Hardin & Grayson counties.
