I am sorry. I made a mistake in my last posting. I clicked on the Ky Birth Index by mistake when I was searching on Ancestry.com for Purlesy Meador's death record, the reason why I not get any matches. As soon as I went back to Ancestry, I noticed I was in the birth records and not the death records. This is what I found in the Ky Deaths Index on Ancestry.com:
Purlesy A. Meador died Jan 15, 1992 in Carroll County, Ky
A resident of Trimble County, Ky, died at age 96
Volume # 001 Certificate # 00290
Again, I am sorry for my goof-up.
